Mondello Park is Ireland’s only international FIA Licenced Motor Racing venue. Situated on 110 acres of lands, the racetrack has 13 turns over 3.5km. In the past, Mondello Park has hosted the British Superbike Championship and Pickup Truck Racing. Other than that, car, kart and motorcycle races take place, as well as track days where any legal vehicles can be driven on the track by visitors.
Jap-Fest is Ireland’s only Japanese car show and is held at Mondello Park every year. There are also 26 motorcycle racing days, 11 car days, 7 drift days and 6 motorcycle racing days. In July 2019, the biggest annual Irish motorsport event Formula Vee Festival was accommodated in Mondello Park. Upcoming events include Retro Mania, Irish Rallycross Championship, Masters Superbike Championship, The Leinster Trophy and Historic Festival. But the circuit is forever growing and diversifying, so keep an eye on the calendar!
Perfect for adrenaline junkies, there are also training schools available that are filled with extreme driving experiences. There is a small museum containing several track and rally cars on-site that is open to visitors.
